My Husband bought me these two rings for Christmas that say "Choose Joy". I wear them everyday as a reminder. Not to remind me that I have to be happy all the time, or that I should bounce out of bed in the mornings with Jazz hands (cause that Will Not happen). It is just a gentle reminder that if I want happiness in my life - it is my CHOICE. The outcome is not immediate - when life chucks crap at me, it's not a simple as saying "I choose Joy" and POOF I'm happy. Nope. Doesn't work like that. The rings are there daily as a suggestion that I control my life and life is is too short not to Choose Joy.
